Privacy notice
We are built to use data securely without compromising privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of our work, why, and the choices you have.

This document is pending final legal review and may change before it takes effect.
Who we are
This notice is issued by Resolv. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about privacy at any time through our contact page.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, work email address, the service you are interested in and anything you choose to tell us in later correspondence.
When you browse this website. One functional cookie that remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. It contains no personal information. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
When you become a client or join a programme. Business contact details, contract and billing information, and, for Academy participants, enrolment, attendance and assessment records.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics that profile you.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange any meeting you request, because you have asked us to.
- To deliver services and programmes we have agreed with you or your organisation, to perform our contract.
- To run and secure this website, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping it available and safe.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax record-keeping.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Client data we handle during engagements
When we build, run or secure systems for clients, we may process personal information on their behalf. In that role the client is the controller and we act only on its documented instructions, under a written agreement that sets out confidentiality, security, the use of any subprocessors, and the return or deletion of data when the engagement ends. Questions about that data should go first to the organisation concerned.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed, and only with:
- Service providers that host and operate our systems, bound by contract to protect the information and use it only for us.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside the country where you are. Where that happens, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards and contractual protections required by applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: deleted when no longer needed to respond, and in any case reviewed at least once a year.
- Client and programme records: kept for the life of the relationship and then for as long as the law requires for contractual, accounting and tax purposes.
- The theme cookie: up to one year, or until you clear it.
How we protect it
We apply the same controls we recommend to clients: least-privilege access, encryption in transit, strict separation between client environments and audited access to production data. Contact-form submissions are validated on our servers and are never written to application logs. Read more on our Trust center.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it
- Complain to your data-protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Children
This website is intended for organisations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

We will update this notice when our practices change, and the date at the top will always show the latest version.
