Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Resolv platform by our business customers and their authorised users. A signed order form or master agreement takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

1. The service

Resolv provides an AI-powered IT support platform: AI agents that answer and act on IT requests, ticketing and workspace tooling, knowledge management, analytics, and related APIs, as described in the applicable order form.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Customers are responsible for their users, their credentials, and the accuracy of the knowledge they upload. Users must not attempt to breach tenant isolation, probe or overload the service, misuse the AI to generate unlawful content, or upload content they have no right to share.

3. AI outputs and approvals

AI-generated answers and actions are produced from the customer’s own knowledge base and configured policies. The customer controls which actions require human approval. AI outputs may be imperfect; for sensitive operations the customer should keep human approval enabled. Resolv is not liable for actions the customer’s administrators approve.

4. Fees

Fees are set out in the order form, billed in AED with applicable UAE VAT. AI usage is subject to the spend caps configured for the customer’s account; Resolv will not exceed a cap without agreement.

5. Data

The customer owns its content. Resolv processes it as described in the Privacy Policy and the data-processing addendum. On termination the customer may export its data.

6. Availability and support

Service levels, support hours and uptime commitments are those stated in the applicable order form or service-level addendum.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim — except for breaches of confidentiality, data-protection obligations, or wilful misconduct.

8. Term and termination

The agreement runs for the term in the order form and renews as stated there. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within thirty days of notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless the order form specifies otherwise.
