Managed cloud
Round-the-clock operation of your cloud and hybrid estate against defined service levels, with full transparency.
The challenge
Building a cloud platform is a project. Operating it is a permanent commitment: patching, monitoring, backups, capacity, security alerts and incidents at any hour.
Many institutions lack the depth to staff a resilient operations function around the clock, and the alternative, an opaque outsourcing contract, can leave them unable to see or control their own environment.
We operate your environment with defined service levels, documented processes and full visibility. You retain ownership of accounts, data and configuration, and can see exactly what we do and why.
Our method
How the work is done.
- 01
Onboarding assessment
Review architecture, monitoring, backups, access and documentation, and remediate gaps before service begins.
- 02
Service definition
Agree scope, service levels, escalation paths, change process and reporting.
- 03
Transition
Configure monitoring, runbooks and access, then shadow and reverse-shadow your team before taking over.
- 04
Operate
Monitoring, incident response, patching, backup verification, capacity management and change execution.
- 05
Improve
Monthly service reviews with reliability, security and cost recommendations.

Questions
What buyers ask us.
Who owns the cloud accounts?
You do. We operate within your accounts using audited, least-privilege access that you can revoke at any time.
Can we leave the service?
Yes. Runbooks and configuration are maintained in your repositories, and an exit plan is agreed at the start of the contract.
Do you cover security monitoring too?
Operational monitoring is included. Dedicated security monitoring is provided through our managed detection and response service, which integrates with it.
What does a service level cover?
Response and resolution targets by incident priority, availability objectives and reporting obligations, all defined in the service description.
